Feet hurt? Start by checking the shoes you wear on a daily basis - they are likely the biggest contributor to your issues and changing to better shoes is something you have full control over

Stiff shoes = stiff feet (plantar fasciitis, sore feet)
Shoes with an elevated heel = messed up joint alignment (increased stress on your low back and knees)
Natural shoes: footwear that protects the foot but doesn’t negatively impact your foot health or posture. Wide, flexible, flat, thin sole. Simple stuff
