Date bars a “high” energy snack. 🎃

I am unsure of the measurements - but you make a layer of dates, your favorite nut butter, sprinkle on a layer of crushed nuts, then drizzle and smooth out a layer of chocolate. (I forgot and put the nuts on the outer layer) 😅

Om høsten, når trærne mister sine blader, kan vi trekke visdom og inspirasjon fra naturen. På samme måte som trærne lar løvet falle, bør også vi som mennesker tillate det som ikke lenger tjener oss, å slippe taket.

Dette årstidsskiftet minner oss om viktigheten av å la gå, å gi slipp på byrder og bekymringer som tynger oss ned. Når vi frigjør det som ikke lenger tjener oss, skaper vi rom for ny vekst og muligheter. Akkurat som trærne vil spire med friskt løv til våren, kan vi blomstre med ny energi og visdom når vi lærer å slippe taket i det gamle.

Så, la høstens visdom guide oss til å slappe av, puste ut, og la det som ikke lenger tjener oss falle bort, slik at vi kan omfavne det nye og revitaliserte i våre liv. 🍂

Biography

Kristen Moss is a nutrition consultant, a chiropractic advocate and a global citizen. Driven by her deep sense of connection to humanity and the planet, she takes pride in inspiring others to explore their bodies innate wisdom. As a nutrition consultant, her goals include teaching others the healing potential of a plant-based diet, encouraging others to live sustainably, and bringing people together in their communities because we all can benefit from being a part of something bigger. Kristen is originally from Canada but she resides in Norway with her husband and two children.
