You’ll be welcomed into a safe and nurturing space, where everything about Yoga Nidra will be gently explained so you can feel comfortable, informed, and ready to dive in.
✨ Yoga Nidra — also known as yogic sleep — is a deeply restful guided meditation that invites your body and mind into a state of total relaxation while staying consciously aware. It’s a beautiful practice that helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance from within.
At the end of the practice, we’ll gather for a sharing circle, where you’re invited to reflect and receive gentle feedback.
🌙 This session is your chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the beauty of deep rest and self-care.
