Welcoming Women of all ages to Deep Body Movement Temple with Solvår WayRa Fiveland at Era Life Center.
The Deep Body Movement Temple is an invitation to uncover the powerful wisdom that your deeper body readily shares when freed up to move intuitively, sensually, and without censorship.
In the temple, you will be guided and supported in letting your body speak without words about what you love, what you ache for, where you hold back and where your soul flows with power and freedom.
As you move and express layers of embodied emotion, grief and hope, sensation and eros, intuitive perception and ancestral memory, you will tap your deep body as a profound living system for self-understanding, embodied healing, and change.
The Deep Body Temple is an extended offering of the Deep Body Institute® of California, and is offered in different parts of the world by licensed Deep Body Practitioners like myself.
The Deep Body Method® offers richly curated spaces where through music & silence, guided movement journeys, sensual investigations, witness practices, embodied storytelling, and community council, you can revitalize the soulful intelligence of your deep body, attune to its rhythm, and realize its need to deeply express the soul of who you are in the world. About Solvår WayRa Fiveland
I have a background in social education but decided to change direction from traditional healthcare and completed my education as an Angelos Therapist in 2012. I’ve been practicing this since.
After graduating from the Angelos School, I continued diving deeper into courses, training, self-development, and spiritual work. My focus shifted towards yoga, feminine empowerment, conscious touch, dance, and embodiment practices.
Today, I am a certified yoga instructor, women’s temple facilitator, touch therapist, healer/Angelos therapist, Life Dancing teacher, and Deep Body Movement therapist. Now, the time has come to weave it all together to work on a deeper level.

ABOUT ERA LIFE CENTER - CHRISTMAS CALENDAR
The Christmas Calendar provides daily posts with offers, where the winner is drawn the following day in the same post between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM. You are automatically entered into the draw by commenting on the post.
Some days, the focus of the Christmas Calendar post will shift to themes that we feel are meaningful during the Advent season, such as compassion and humanity.
