Seetal Ram Kaur is a kundalini yoga teacher level 2 who teaches kundalini yoga weekly in Bergen and also offers 1:1 Karam Kriya Consultations online or in person. Kundalini yoga took her back to herself, and she felt that she found the missing piece of the puzzle of life that she had been looking for. More so, it gave her relief from symptoms from a long term concussion such as fatigue, anxiety, s
leepless nights, a nervous system out of sync and restlessness. It gave her more mental strength to handle the challenges of life and sit with the polarities of life. She’s happy to share the techniques with others, and focusses on leading her yogis to return to themselves: to find their rhythm and themselves, so they can be uniquely themselves in a steady way. Seetal Ram Kaur has completed level 2 of kundalini yoga teacher training. She has also studied and is still diving deeper into Karam Kriya, applied spiritual numerology for which she offers 1:1 consultations. She’s deeply fascinated by the universality of the numbers, and how nothing exists without numbers and vice versa. By knowing the karmic and dharmic properties of the numbers, which is also reflected in movements; we can change repetitive thought patterns and thus our actions. Hence she also applies this knowledge in her kundalini yoga classes and her writing. Deeply interested in healing, she has also completed a yoga therapy module in kundalini medicine: The Healing Field: Red Thread, Black Hat, White Lotus. This connected kundalini yoga with herbs, ancestral healing, feng shui as well as a deeper knowledge on what yoga and lifestyle changes are helpful in different cycles of men and women’s lives. She has also practiced the healing and meditation form of Satnam Rasayan, which she’s currently diving deeper into, and completed 21 Stages of Meditation; level 3 of kundalini yoga teacher training. Seetal Ram Kaur loves to teach meditation and mantra songs to others, and sometimes offers separate classes in this. She loves spending time in nature and is deeply into the healing power of the five elements, and hikes mountains when she can. She completed a MA in Transnational Communications and Global Media and she worked as a freelance journalist for several years, writing on everything from energy in the oil and gas industry to meditation. She hopes one day to return to writing, and this blog is a scene for her to practice and share her current writings. Her spiritual name Seetal Ram Kaur means: “the Princess/Lioness who is a graceful embodiment of the sacred tranquility that flows from God in universal consciousness”.
