In order to optimize your performance and be the best athlete you possibly can, you need to know what and how much you’re eating. The foundation of my program is counting macros. The concept behind counting macros is to ensure you have the proper ratio of fats, carbs and protein to maintain energy and muscle growth, while changing your body composition to meet your goal.
