Infinitely grateful for the last four days’ soul journeying in Oldedalen through our Ñustas Karpay Workshop. ❤️🙏❤️ The energy frequencies of the Ñustas princesses come with softness, beauty and love. And these days have indeed been soft, beautiful and filled with love and blessings from the universe. Through Gong initiations, Qigong initiations, ceremonies by the water outdoors, a Despacho ceremony and walks in nature we have explored our inner nature, released blockings and dreamed our new future into being. The second day when we gave the rite of Doña Mujia by the water and everybody had blown their wishes into a rose, received the energy frequencies of Doña Mujia and given the rose to the water, it started snowing. 🙏❤️❄️ In the Q’ero tradition, snow flakes are heaven’s answer to our wishes that we send out in the universe. 🙏❤️❄️ And the same thing happened when we gave the Heart Despacho, into which we had blown our wishes, to the water - snow flakes started falling. ❄️❤️🙏 When we came here to Oldedalen, everything was spring green. Then we woke up to snow covered trees and ground, and now it’s all green again. A warm thanks to all of you beautiful souls who shared these days with us, to our dear co-creator Sanna at SannaYoga who decorated our space so beautifully together with her daughter, and to Johanne and Frank at Blue Mountain Yoga for inviting us, and to Frank for cooking delicious food for us. ❤️🙏❤️

Good morning from Oldedalen, Vestlandet! ☀️ All is set for our Ñustas Karpay Workshop that starts at 1 o clock today. ❤️🎶 Bjørn and I and our co-creator Sanna and her daughter Matilda came here yesterday to settle in and prepare the course room, the beautiful Blue Mountain Hall, and were greeted by a soft spring rain. 💦🙏 The Ñustas princesses have a very strong connection to the water and the mountains so we felt their warm welcome. 🙏❤️🌈 We’re happy to be here at Blue Mountain Yoga again. ❤️

Grateful for a beautiful evening yesterday at Be Yoga Studio in Lørenskog where we gave a guided Gong Meditation. ❤️ A warm thanks to all of you beautiful souls who joined us, and to Jannice Strand for inviting us, and to Arne for helping us carry all the instruments and gong stands. ❤️🙏❤️ We’re looking forward to coming back in the autumn. ✨🎶

Grateful for the last four days here at Løken Gård giving part two of ”The Way of the Shaman” 🙏❤️ - our deepening courses for those who have done one or two rounds of our Medicine Wheel, The Circle of Light. It has been beautiful, powerful, deeply cleansing days when the participants have worked with opening up their intuition more, done shadow work with themselves and each other, learned how to track and extract crystallized and fluid entities (intrusive energies), deepened their contact with the four animal archetypes through Qigong and Gong, journeyed through the five levels in the upper world connecting with their star parents and their Destiny in a guided Gong journey, and more… A warm thanks to all of you beautiful souls who are walking «The Way of the Shaman» with us! ❤️🙏❤️ Looking forward to seeing you again in August! ❤️
