‘Saying you are not flexible enough for yoga, is like saying you are too dirty to take a bath.’ I truly believe that yoga is for everyone, maybe it is not a passion for everyone, but it can certainly benefit everyone to do a little bit of yoga. Yoga can take so many forms and be adapted to where you are in your body. It can be exercise, maybe a way to relief stress, understand yourself, breathe, deal with health challenges, widening your perception, handling anxiety and fear, build strength and mobility etc. The beauty of yoga is that it can be anything you need, take what can benefit you, what can increase your happiness and balance.
Originally yoga was a whole life philosophy, an understanding of reality, but I think even taking a small part of yoga into your daily life can increase the quality of your existence. I know for sure that it has changed both my health, physical and mental health completely, and provided me with so many tools on how to navigate both my inner and outer world.
