Coming into the yoga room, stressed out, anxious and feeling waay to stiff.
Rolling out your mat, asking yourself silently: «what am I doing to myself, the others will be so much better than me, why didn’t I just stay home and do that online yoga class away from everyone, or just relax in the couch and watch a new episode of Emily in Paris»..
But then you get reminded to just take a moment to notice your body, your breath, breath a little deeper, that there is no competition in this room, that this practice is just for you, and it doesn’t matter what it looks like. And that you can take a rest whenever you need it.
Cause you will be guided for the next hour with heart and compassion, probably a dose of humor and being seen for who you are right now, without judgement.
And feeling relaxed, calm and a sense of lightness when you leave the room, thinking in the car that you are so happy that you came and that you are looking forward till next time 🥰
