Guess what I’ve been up to? Making clothes washing liquid from horse chestnuts (hestekastanjer)! It works great and no synthetic chemicals. We can all do more to reduce our chemical water print to keep the earth’s beings, including flora and fauna, healthy. Just Google making clothes washing soap from horse chestnuts and you’ll find a recipe. xx

Oh boy! Do I dare? I’m in Devon and wanted a safe place to swim by myself! And I’ve found it. A seapool in Westward Ho Beach! It will be in a wet suit though. I’m not that brave. A girl has to do what a girl has to do to keep strong and healthy!
