I don’t take time off from my yogapractice. It’s part of my daily rhythm - like breathing, like beginning again every single day.

This is where I land. Where I meet myself honestly, adjust my direction, and find steadiness before the world sets the pace. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. My body - especially my lower back - depends on it. And so do I.

I take breaks from teaching at times. Not to step away, but to refill. To go deeper, learn more, understand more. So I can meet you - and life - with greater presence, clarity, and authenticity.

I also offer private yoga sessions for guests at The Bolder - a space to slow down, reconnect, and experience the practice in a more personal and grounded way.

My personal practice is the foundation. Everything else grows from there 🤍🌱
