Did‼️You know Headstand can delay hair loss.

Hair loss can be caused by bad blood circulation in the scalp, and headstands increase blood flow to that area. While there's no scientific evidence on the matter, some yogis say that it will even convert grey hair back to its natural color!

About the Sun Salutation.

The Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskara is a series of poses performed in a sequence to create a flow of movement. Each pose coordinates with your breathing: Inhale to extend, and exhale to bend. Sun Salutations build heat in the body and are often used as warm-up sequences for a yoga practice. The components of a Sun Salutation also make up a "vinyasa" the series of movements used between poses in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. Follow the steps below and familiarize yourself with the essential components of the A Series of Sun Salutations!

If you learn this sequence, it will really help you out if you ever want to practice at home, since one of the biggest obstacles to doing yoga on your own is figuring out what to do when you first get on your mat. Sun salutations are the obvious answer.

The breath is a very important part of this sequence. Movement from one pose to the next is always done in conjunction with either an inhalation or exhalation of the breath. You can control the pace of the sequence by altering the number of breaths in each pose, just make sure to always move to the next pose on the correct breath.

What is Ujjayi Pranayama?

Ujjayi breathing is a breathing technique employed in a variety of Taoist and Yoga practices. In relation to Yoga, it is sometimes called "the ocean breath". Unlike some other forms of pranayama, the ujjayi breath is typically done in association with asana practice in some styles of yoga as exercise, such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Benefits of Ujjayi Breath

Maintaining a steady, rhythmic breath is the single most important part of your yoga practice. By controlling your breath, you calm your mind and bring awareness to the present moment. This awareness is the heart of yoga. In yoga, it is believed that by consciously practicing breath control exercises, you can bring positive changes to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

✅ Downward Facing Dog
is the poster pose for yoga. The reason it has become the best-known asana is that it's so important in contemporary practice. It may be the first pose you learn as you begin a yoga practice. It is done many times during most yoga classes, particularly in Vinyasa yoga. It acts as a transitional pose and can be a resting position. Downward Dog is one of the poses in the Sun Salutation sequence.

✅ Benefits

Doward Facing Dog stretches the hamstrings and calves and strengthens the arms, legs, and back. It can help relieve back pain. As a mild inversion, it acts in reverse of the usual forces on your spine and brings more blood flow to your brain. The pose also strengthens the deep abdominal muscles that help stabilize the spine.

💚 Though you can do yoga at any time of day, it makes sense to make the type of practice you do appropriate for the hour. In the middle of the day, choose whatever type of practice appeals to you most. Try to finish any particularly vigorous yoga one or two hours before you plan to go to bed, otherwise, you may have a hard time getting to sleep.

💚 Come to join with us an evening practice to wind down the body, helping you move intuitively to stretch away tension and transition from your active day to a relaxed state that is conducive to a good night's sleep.

💚 We have classes every Tuesday & Friday 6-7 Pm.

💚 Please message me to inform

💚 See you at the mat!

🔷What is Yin & Yang Yoga?

🔷Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body.

🔷Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility.

🔷Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practices for the second half of the class.

🔷Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

🔷When these terms are applied to yoga, Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Yang styles of yoga are those with rhythm and repetition like Vinyasa Flow.

🔷For a balanced yoga practice, we need both Yang and Yin elements, whether that is by including one or two Yin or Restorative yoga sessions along with more active yoga into our weekly schedule, or by practising both Yin and Yang aspects in the same class.

🔷We have Yin Yang every
Friday.

🔷Who wanna join please inform me.

🔷 We maximum only 12 mats keep space for one meter.

🔷 Let come to join us & see you at the mat 🧘‍♀️

Child's Pose❗️

This calming pose is a good default pause position. You can use child’s pose to rest and refocus before continuing to your next pose. It gently stretches your lower back, hips, thighs, knees and ankles and relaxes your spine, shoulders and neck.

✅ Do it: When you want to get a nice gentle stretch through your neck spine and hips.
✅ Skip it: If you have knee injuries or ankle problems. Avoid also if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant.
✅ Modify: You can rest your head on a cushion or block. You can place a rolled towel under your ankles if they are uncomfortable.
✅ Be mindful: Focus on relaxing the muscles of the spine and lower back as you breathe.
