Tonight we will have a reiki session for increasing inner strength.
To boost our courage and confidence for the year 2023.
This will be a special session where I will focus on the 7 main chakras; Crown, third eye, throat, heart, Solar plexus, sacred chakra and the root. This session will be for an hour, same time as usual.
I will have a glass of water by my side and maybe a warm cup of herbal tea, a beautiful candle light and music that will shift my brainwaves to the required state for my reiki to flow. Those things are not necessary, they are only tools for me to focus and set the right atmosphere, but I know some of you always do the same 🤗 It only strengthens our connection and your own experience will leave you lighter, calmer and more ready for the coming week.

When I give Reiki or head massage, I try to help you find your own glimmers, your safe space.
Give it a read and tell me your glimmers🥰

A glimmer is the exact opposite of a trigger—it is some kind of cue, either internal or external that brings one back to a sense of joy or safety.

Welcome back to my Reiki Room!
I took the time off for few weeks since I had some lovely guests from Iceland, but now I have started up again sending Reiki, hands-on Reiki and making my Reiki jewelry 🤗
My website is also in the making, where all my stuff will be combined, Reiki, massage and art alike.
There will be price lists for Reiki and/or massage sessions and a tiny shop for all the Creative Kvaran art.
Can't wait to get it ready🤭

A little reminder;
My free Sunday session is like a free sample from a chocolate box where everyone on the list gets the same, no matter what they would like the Reiki for.

Personal sessions are treated like a full hands on session, it takes an hour and there's room for only 1 at a time and I treat you where you need it.

This is my job and the Reiki Room is my place of work.
