الكارما كونيه ولا إنسانيه ؟

🧠 المفاهيم النفسية اللي ورا الجملة دي

1. Ego Defense Mechanism — “Undoing” أو “Guilt Projection”
يعني إيه؟
يعني عقلك الباطن بيحاول يفسّر الوجع اللي إنت فيه دلوقتي عن طريق ربطه بغلط قديم.

زي لما تقول: “أنا استاهل اللي بيحصللي عشان كنت عملت كده في حد قبل كده.”

العقل بيعمل كده عشان يحس إن اللي بيحصل مش صدفة، فيه معنى، فيه عدل.

2. Cognitive Dissonance
العقل ساعات مش بيستحمل التناقض بين صورتك عن نفسك (“أنا إنسان كويس”) وبين اللي بيحصل لك (“ليه بيحصللي كده؟”).

فـ يبدأ يخترع تفسير يريّح نفسه: “أكيد دي karma أو عقاب على حاجة عملتها.”

ده بيحصل لأن العقل بيكره يحس إن الدنيا مش منطقية أو ظالمة.

3. Just-World Hypothesis
العقل بيحب يصدق إن العالم عادل، وإن كل حاجة بتحصل بسبب.
فـ أول ما حاجة وحشة تحصل، تلاقي نفسك بتقول: “أكيد أنا استاهلتها.”
بس الحقيقة؟ دي مجرد طريقة عقلك يخليك تحس إنك فاهم الدنيا، مش إنك مظلوم فيها.
