The word or the feeling that entwine the energy blocks.
The gaze into dawn and dusk, letting the sunrise or sunset embrace your soul.
A hand on your shoulder,
the look in a lovers eye,
or a child’s trust in you, open your gate, open your heart.
Its simplicity that makes you feel love, feel your soul, and connect you with the source.

The lifesaving mission of touch.

• My friend and co teacher Trude and I are reopening the Rosenmethod school in collaboration with Huma Nova Norge. Intro class in September.
• We have worked with touching the body- reaching the soul for ages.
• And have experienced what it means to let go of emotional blocs and traumatic patterns. And experienced the release of love and freedom - which pours through body and soul when people open their “gates”.
• To be on a mission for touch and more is a work

•’What does it mean to you to be strong, vibrant and compassionate?
• What do you do when you feel overwhelmed and still know that you need to move on?
• Do you have people around you whom you can trust are there for you when the world fall a part?
• I do wonder - as I am a teacher, healer and therapist and one of my WHY’ s is to help people, not fix, but be there for -with a gentle hand and hopefully an understanding heart and a soothing mind 💎
