My name is Ragnhild Torjesen. I am a mother of three and a passionate birth visionary living at Nesodden, outside the capital of Norway. I was certified as a doula at Doulaskolen i Oslo in 2013 and continue expanding my skills, knowledge and respect of birth - to be able to truly serve you on your journey through conception, pregnancy, birth and parenthood. I believe that the process of bringing new life into this world should be honoured as a powerful and beautiful time of transition, bringing challenges, gifts and a huge potential for growth. It is an incredible honour for me to be invited into this process by the families I serve!

//WHERE I WORK//

I practice as a birth doula within a circumference of 90 min from my home, reaching all the big hospitals in Oslo and the central Viken area. Sessions of massage, birth and postpartum preparation, counseling and postpartum help are done at your home.

WANNA TALK? Med alt som skrives og menes om doulaer i den større debatten som foregår nå, har jeg satt enormt stor pris på de mange gode samtalene jeg har hatt i det siste, med jordmødre, fødselsleger, andre fagfolk som jobber med gravide/fødende/barslende, brukerorganisasjoner, og seff vanlige dødelige som bare engasjerer seg i disse temaene.

For jeg kjenner mange av dem, etter 12 år i doulagamet! Og flere av dere følger meg også her inne, så jeg slenger ut invitasjonen her også ♥️

I was certified at Doulaskolen i Oslo in 2013 and have been working as a doula ever since. I continuously focus on expanding my skills, knowledge and experience - to be able to serve you the best care and support, on your journey through conception, pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
