💪Build confidence in being you. Getting to their full potential and showing it to the world.

I see so much great potential yet to be unleashed in the world.

🦋 So, I assist people in being their best selves. Self love and full expression. Without people, what is really a relationship, a family, a corporation, a society, a country, a religion, a school, a workplace? Each and every one of us has such big impact by just being our best selves. Shiny human beings who bring joy, love, meaning and knowledge to our lovely earth. I do personal and corporate coaching, facilitate workshops and retreats, work as a teacher, create a podcast and youtube channel and mentor people on;

"How to find empowerment inside themselves to fully express themselves, their desires and create and go for whatever it is that their hearts long for"

I bring

🦋Inner peace
🦋Focus, presence and calm
🦋Contact with the intuition/ gut and full body experience
🦋Creativity, play and joy
🦋Direction towards the goals you truly want to achieve
🦋Direction towards a live you love living
🦋Direction towards being your authentic self 🦋
🦋Direction towards empowerment, strength and courage to express and show who you are towards the world outside. Without me being me, you being you and everyone else being themselves, how can we innovate and create the solutions we need to solve the obstacles standing in our way? Dare showing your great self! We will all benefit from it 🦋

I believe we are happiest when we truly love ourselves enough to be who we are, say what we want, do what gives us joy in our hearts and stand up for ourselves. I actually have a podcast about being yourself and creating your dream-life. After years of research and lots of practice, I am now facilitating workshops, retreats, coaching sessions, talks and business culture guidance on the benefits of human mental capacity. I also believe that if you and me and everyone around us truly loved ourselves we would have less stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, loneliness, and hate in the world. Because of this I also believe that we all would be happier and more creative if we truly loved ourselves. We would do what we love and we would have better access to creative thinking. This again would fuel into innovative solutions to the social and environmental issues on our beautiful globe. The win win situations ❤️

I believe in first putting on our own masks, because only then are we able to hand out masks to other people, to our dear plants, to animals and to our great mother earth

What is your excuse for not creating your life? For not taking accountability for yourself? This is the topic of todays Podcast Epiode on Magefølelsen aka The Guf Feeling.

Feel hopeless, powerless, not able, incapable, that nothing works, that it's not possible for you? Just cannot?

Not enough money, time, energy, IQ, EQ.
Not good enough body, looks, brains...
Nobody gets you.
Nobody wants you.

You need someone to come fix you, rescue you. Preferably someone successful, pretty, amazing....

Whatever.

Well, sounds like you indulge yourself inside the victimhood role and I am here to tell you how you throw away your potential, your inner strength and possibilities.

Change your mindset and set yourself free.

From "I cannot" to "I can"..

You freaking can. You have it all inside of you. Find it. Digg it out. Stop waiting to be rescued. Stop putting people on pedestals. Stop looking down on yourself.

IT'S NOT SEXY! IT'S NOT ATTRACTIVE.

Find ways to start believing in yourself.

People who’re hooked on social media, shopping, video games, or even prescription drugs are all chasing the elusive high of dopamine release. Yet, the insidious nature of this addiction lies in its normalcy.

Our constant pursuit of instant gratification, fueled by readily available dopamine hits, is leading to a rise in addiction, anxiety, and overall dissatisfaction.

We need to become aware of the subtle yet potent influence of dopamine in our world.

By understanding its mechanisms and the dangers of chasing a constant dopamine rush, we can reclaim control of our happiness and chart a path towards a more meaningful existence.

Our ancestors experienced pleasure in small doses, but today we’re bombarded with it. This constant barrage messes with how our brains feel pain and pleasure.

Today, we live in a “Dopamine Nation” where everything from technology to fast food is designed to trigger dopamine release.

This constant barrage of stimulation disrupts the natural balance between pleasure and pain in our brains.

We become addicted to the quick dopamine rush, neglecting activities that require delayed gratification, but offer long-term benefits.

Stepping into your POWER and taking up the space you want to take.

That is what my 2025 is all about, and I get the feeling I am not alone.

Feeling powerful without focusing on performing, seeking approval or doing to please others, but because you want it.

Because it feels alive and good. Brings you forwards.

Without burning out and spending energy, money and time on things that drain you down to your bone.

Check out my latest Podcast and Youtube video on how to claim your power, and how you absolutely don't. Aka, where you give away your power.

Did you know your attachment style impacts all areas of your life?

Without you knowing of it, it makes you make biased decisions and treat people differently.

Our nervous systems know.

It’s a reason why anxiously attached people attract avoidant attached people and opposite.

Not just our nervous systems, we are attracted to their attachment style.. Even though it IS gonna blow up in our faces.

This also happens in friendships, work dynamics, politics, entrepreneurial styles, families… Everywhere we deal with decision making.

Our relationship with money!!!! You treat your money in the same way you treat your partner…

Haha, that’s a good way of choosing partners 😂 How do they treat their money? That’s how they will treat me..

21/01/2025

According to Gabor Maté’s research, healing trauma can alter your ability to plan because trauma impacts brain function, especially in areas responsible for executive functioning, like the prefrontal cortex. Trauma can dysregulate the nervous system and create a state of hypervigilance or dissociation, making it difficult to access the calm, focused state required for long-term planning. Here are some ways this connection manifests:

1.Stress Response and Nervous System Regulation
Trauma keeps the body and brain in a fight, flight, or freeze state, which prioritizes immediate survival over future-oriented thinking. Healing can temporarily amplify awareness of this dysregulation as you process emotions, which may affect your ability to think ahead or make detailed plans.

2.Shifts in Identity and Priorities
Healing trauma often involves deconstructing old patterns, beliefs, and coping mechanisms that may have previously driven your planning behaviors. If those plans were based on pleasing others, fear of failure, or perfectionism, healing may leave you in a temporary state of uncertainty about what truly matters to you.

3.Changes in Cognitive Energy
Trauma healing requires mental and emotional energy. This focus on introspection, emotional processing, and self-regulation can leave less capacity for higher-level cognitive tasks like planning.

4.Impact on the Prefrontal Cortex
Trauma can impair the prefrontal cortex, which governs decision-making, organization, and planning. While healing, the brain is rewiring and creating new neural pathways, which can feel disorienting and temporarily hinder executive functioning.

5.Emotional Flooding
Processing deep emotions tied to trauma can overwhelm the brain’s ability to focus on structured thinking. This might manifest as difficulty with prioritization, procrastination, or a feeling of being “stuck.”

6. Shifting Out of Survival Mode
If you’ve lived in survival mode, planning may have been hyper-functional as a way to maintain control or predict outcomes. As you heal, your brain begins to relax from that overdrive state, leading to a period of recalibration where your planning processes feel less reliable.
