When we grow up we learn from our environment, we copy, listen, absorb, observe, adapt to the world we were born in. Some things we have learned are helpful, whilst others are not. Some things we have learned stand in the way to be fully alive today. Growing as an adult often means unlearning who you think you are; substracting, as opposed to adding to yourself.
