After some years of waiting, it's finally here..
3-year Somatic Experiencing Professional Training, Beginning Year, Module 1 ❣️

Somatic Experiencing is such a lovely and warm approach to healing trauma. From the perspective of SE trauma is not the event, it's anything that is too much, happens too fast or too sudden. It originates as a response in our nervoussystem.

Somatic Experiencing beautifully works in a present moment and focuses on the body memories, resources and sensations. It's helping individuals to connect with themselves and the others for example through better nervoussystem regulation skills and body awareness.

Did you get curious? Wonderful, curiosity is in a big role in SE. The more curious we get, the more there is to explore in our minds and bodies ❣️🙏

I love travelling and seeing new places. What could be more exciting, than combining passion to my work and explore a short get away in 26th Congress of the World Association for $e&ual Health in Turkey 2-5 November.

I'm grateful of all the excellent lectures and lovely meetings with other colleagues. There was 62 countries represented in the congress.

I met my former teacher, mentor & encourager ❣️ and my lovely Finnish colleague, also my previous lecturer ❣️ I was honored to meet also Dr. Esben Esther Pirelli Benestad a professor in sexology and Canadian psychologist & professor in obstetrics and gynaecology & and author of Better $e& Through Mindfulness.

It's so important to feel the good energies from the others who have the same passion. And of course I want to serve my clients better and be updated and get the latest information.

Some of my favourite lectures were talking about The Science of $.. in Long-term Relationships and 's Mindfulness & $e&ual Health.

Unfortunately Fb/Instagram don't allow to write freely about this topic, so I've to hide or change some letters to avoid getting banned.. And still my account gets restricted every now and then 🙄
