In two weeks, I'll be holding two workshops together with Andréa at the 6Quality festival.

One is "Ta***ic Cuddles", where we can relax and melt into a conscious cuddle puddle.
Another is "The Power of Love and Presence", a meditative journey where we focus on the importance of self-love and radical acceptance of the present moment.

Dear friends!
This year is going to bring a lot of changes. Me and my wholesome partner in life, love and business, Andréa, are moving to our new magical forest home in Aust-Torpa, not far from Lillehammer. At this place we are planning to build a retreat center, pouring more of our sacred life energy and gifts into a common project that can grow organically. We will likely offer small retreats of various kinds (up to 8 participants), and individually designed personal healing and coaching packages, including accommodation for a weekend or several weeks. The picture shows our soon-to-be magical forest temple home 🌲💖

This also means that I will be reducing my focus in Oslo. To showcase my offerings, I might participate at some festivals or host a few events in Oslo during the year, but my main focus from April and onward will be the area around Dokka and Lillehammer.

A personal note:
I really love how much of my authentic self I can show at my events even when I'm holding space! I held a friendly New Years retreat together with Andréa, Miwa and Jens, and it was really emotional and transformational for me as well.

I've passed 555 followers! What better way to celebrate the 11/11 portal? 🌀

Time for another contest. This time I'm happily handing out a package of 3 free sessions of Craniosacral therapy 💆🏻‍♂️

I'm currently studying Visionary Craniosacral therapy, and I find this healing modality profound and interesting. Physically it consists of deep relaxation and me simply holding different parts of your spine and cranium, allowing any movements that may arise naturally. This is the ultimate "spaceholding", as I'm consciously and unconditionally present with you and your system in a vulnerable state. My experience is that this alone can initiate deep processes and trance-like states of consciousness.

To participate, feel free to comment with what actions, experiences, values and gifts YOU are ready to manifest more of in YOUR life! It can be related to work, to relationships, to family or personal goals.

I have several events at Ta**rasenteret i Oslo in November. It's a space I really love, and the energy there is really well suited for working with consciousness, touch and vibrations.

On Thursday 7th, me and Anders Wilmann are hosting our love child Embodied Play and Cuddle Space, where we slowly drop our words and allow the expression of each magical meeting to unfold. It can be playful, fun, calm, energetic, cozy or crazy! In the end we land together in a cuddle space.

On Wednesday 13th, we'll be creating a unique gong sound bath by combining forces (and instruments) with Thomas Alexander Skog. Be prepared for a multi-faceted journey through the universe of vibrations. Gong Lydbad med Thomas og Robert

On Monday 18th I'm happy to have another cuddle space together with Jacqueline Éloquence where we combine the magic of dance and our voices to melt into a Harmonizing Cuddle Puddle - Contact, Cuddles and Voice

At the end of the month we are lucky to have Steve Kokker visiting Norway! He will be hosting a deep tea ceremony on Friday 29th

Dear friends!
Earlier this year I went to India for over two months. This was a sacred journey for me; getting to know the deep spiritual traditions of India has inspired me to prioritise my spiritual path and yogic practice, as well as to trust the flow of the Universe.

I am blessed to know a wonderful yogi in India, Suman Yogsiddha, who is happy to share his knowledge with you. Together we want to help make a bridge between Norway and India.

On Tuesday (5th) we host a free online Satsang (meeting of friends) where we speak about the yogic teachings, the benefits of travelling to India, holy places, temples and gurus.
