THANK YOU for a magical evening together, all of you coming to the Sound of the Heart workshop yesterday at Leela Yoga Gamlebyen It was so wonderful to circle, voice and ground with all of you. We are soooo excited to spend an entire weekend together, surrounded by nature! Some of the things we really enjoy about yoga is all the amazing people you meet and the community you get to be in.

You get to connect with people with different background, different culture and with different stories to share.

In our workshop on the 8th of May we are first experiencing the magic of yoga practice together, enjoying both energizing and calming practices, and then we hold space for community.

After the workshop you can hang out in the sauna or terrace, and enjoy both a smoothie and a raw snack with us.

To practice in community and be part of a community is a big part of our yoga journey, and we really want to make space for that đŸ„°
