Mineral water pools, salt room, steam bath and herbal sauna, sunshine and good company ☀️🩵 all that we needed for a great girls’ day. Only 30 min’ from Kazanlak, my hometown and a great place for a casual getaway. ☺️

NEW RETREAT! 🌿This spring we go for a long weekend nature to combine group activities, professional coaching, yoga and meditation on the topic of self-expression.

How do we communicate? And what do we hold back, especially when we feel insecure? How do we connect to others and do we truly listen - to ourselves and to others?

But I’ve always wondered - what makes some places feel more like home than others? Is it the people or the culture?

Or like Trevor Noah says - we feel at home when we feel accepted. As we are.
