Endelig kom tiden for å plukke opp denne 🤓 Gleder meg til å lese en bok om yoga og filosofi på norsk! Og ikke minst(!) gleder meg fordi den kommer fra , som jeg har kjent siden vi tok teacher training sammen for 17 år siden 🤯😆

En medstudent, kollega og et medmenneske i denne yoga- verdenen som jeg alltid har beundret og satt stor pris på for hennes vennlige varme vesen, dedikasjon og kunnskap, engasjement og formidlingen 🙏💚

It’s not our place to feel entitled, or to think that we can own any land. It is we who belongs to the land, to the Earth. We all come from, and are of the Earth (nature). And nature can take back our lives at any moment…

So how dare we not to protect and care for her? 🌏
Why do we keep competing and fighting for mindless consumption, dividing cultures, traditions and religions?

I struggle with this, to understand how we can keep on doing what we do, while knowing what we know… Can someone please try to explain how and why we’ve ended up like this?

Log off and don’t let yourself get sucked in, we only post the «good» times anyways. By hiding our pain, hurt and insecurities, we exist in the world inauthentically.

Uncertain and doubt is uncomfortable, but certainty is stupid… Uncertainty gives you space to ponder and reflect, and to not believe everything your mind tells you, but space to hear rather than to just react 🧘🏻‍♀️😊
