Brystmelk forårsaker ikke irritasjon eller kontakteksem sammenlignet med andre ingredienser som lanolin. (Lis K.,2024). I tillegg er det kostnadseffektivt, ettersom det er naturlig gratis.
Breastmilk does not cause irritation or contact dermatitis compared to other ingredients like lanolin.(Lis K.,2024).
Additionally, it is cost-effective, as it is naturally free.

Women’s Mental Health Awareness

Women face unique physical and emotional challenges throughout the different reproductive phases in their lives due to hormonal changes, societal expectations, and life stressors.

From Puberty & Adolescence
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Menstruation & Hormonal changes
To Menopause

Some common concerns include perinatal and postnatal depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eating disorders.

Raising awareness helps break the stigma and encourages women to seek support when needed.
Some ways to promote mental well-being include:

• Practicing self-care
•Open conversations
•Seeking professional help
•Building strong support network with family, friends, midwife or other health professional.
