Many of us know how to practice yoga —
but not how to stay connected to ourselves in everyday life.
Module 2 of the Mindful Yoga Training is about bringing mindfulness, compassion, and awareness into the way we actually live.
Not only on the mat or meditation cushion — but into our relationships, choices, communication, work, and everyday life.
This training explores yoga as a path of the heart:
learning to listen more deeply,
live more consciously,
and meet ourselves and others with greater care, presence, and integrity.
Together, we explore how practice can support:
🌱 wiser and more aligned choices
🌱 greater emotional balance and resilience
🌱 awareness in relationships
🌱 compassion in action
🌱 a steadier and more grounded way of being
This is not about perfection or becoming someone different.
It is about learning how to live with more awareness, openness, and connection to what truly matters.
The training is led by Jonathan Weber Mindful Jonathan, who has over 30 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, and is known for a calm, grounded, and heart-centered approach to teaching.
