My path led me to Qigong, which since 2022 has been a foundational practice in my work - supporting a deeper exploration of the connection between energy, mind, and body - heaven & earth force.
Drawing on principles from Qigong and Taoist energy cultivation, I developed ANIMIN Slow Movement & Meditation - a structured yet intuitive approach that cultivates inner awareness, supports nervous system regulation, and encourages embodied presence through slow, conscious movement and breath.

Dynamic meditation is one of my favorite active meditations, and I’m also a huge fan of Kundalini shaking - as some of you know ☺️

It increased both body awareness and energy attunement - and from that alignment - FLOW ༄
These 3 classes are about witnessing and allowing energy to move, and integrating into deep relaxation and inner silence.
