we have experienced quite a lot of it over the course of the last 3+ years.

we are nearly busting at the seams in our current space, and while we have absolutely loved our time in the carriage house, we are feeling the gentle cosmic squeeze as we approach the edges of what our current space can handle.

we are working with an amazing brokerage and commercial agent in our search for our next location, and in so doing, we are practicing immense trust and patience that the right space will find us when it is time.

educatedly, we can’t deny that we feel that the time is very near :)

with that being said, it feels of the utmost importance to share our growing vision with all of you, so you, too, can hold this vision with us as we so intricately call in all that is meant for us as a community.

so here we go:

we are looking to build a proper vitalistic hub in central ohio that will, of course, house the inside space, and between 2-5 other providers who hold the utmost alignment with vitalistic principles.

we envision hosting classes, events, and seminars in this space, with a heavy emphasis on building community, sharing collective wisdom and knowledge, and creating a vibrant space in which we can witness individuals and families grow more fully into themselves.

we are open to lease or purchase, although our ideal opportunity would be a lease to own situation.

the nitty gritty of what we are seeking:

• 2000-3200 sq feet
• ground level unit
• space for open bay (4 tables minimum)
• 5 closed rooms
• enclosed break room / kitchen
• bonus points if full bathroom
• bonus points if there is greenery around the building
• lots of natural light
• onsite parking with a minimum of 12 spaces
• space where we will have full autonomy / access
• location: downtown, olde town east, franklinton, 33 / riverside drive area, but open for the right space
