It is with great joy and anticipation that I can announce that I will participate as a workshop presenter on one of the days and lead the meditation on World Psychosynthesis Day from Assagioli’s House in Florence.

It is an honor and a privilege to participate in this event. I look forward to joining the community there with my dear daughter Anna, my co-worker in my online work with Psychosynthesis.

First of all, Connections as a stimulus to create an attitude and a behavioural style so needed in our troubled times, to “seed” the collective unconscious of the Planet with the urgency to create connections and spread the energy of love.

MEDITATION ON SILENCE AND LETTING GO

One of the most important practices we can cultivate is quietness and silence in our minds. Quitness is a must if we aspire to listen to our soul and ultimately become a soul in our waking consciousness.

The voice of the soul is like a whisper in the wind and a touch of an angel, so tender and subtle that it often gets lost in the noise of the ego, so the practice of silence and letting go is essential.

This practice rests on the exercise of disidentification, a method where we let go of our attachment to thoughts, emotions, and sensations to experience the freedom of pure silent awareness.

PSYCHOSYNTHESIS AND THE DIVINE

I had the great joy of participating in a conversation with the EPA - European Psychosynthesis Association yesterday, where we dived into the question of how psychosynthesis relates to the divine.

It is a well-known understanding that psychosynthesis is neutral to all the metaphysical theories of the world's religions; it takes an experiential and scientific approach to how we relate to God, the Universal Self, the Tao or Dharmakaya.

However, it is more complicated than that, because Assagioli's writings clearly promote his own metaphysical experiences, which are not neutral due to his perennialist sentiment.

I suggest that Assagioli gave us the freedom to create our own take on the great questions, and that there is a great diversity of thought in the PS community, which is often in sharp contrast with one another, yet united around the vision of synthesis.

Synthesis is the unifying principle of psychosynthesis, not the Self, subpersonalities, or the superconscious, because understanding of these aspects differs significantly among psychosynthesis practitioners.

We’ve arrived at the final week of our Mindful Mondays journey — and I just want to say: if you’ve made it here, I’m truly proud of you.

This week, we’re meeting courage. Not the loud, dramatic kind. But the quiet, steady courage it takes to show up as yourself — even when it feels uncomfortable.
Because real courage often comes with fear. And that’s not a sign you’re doing something wrong — it’s a sign you’re stepping closer to truth.
