Mer info i link under.

Hjertelig velkommen

Slicing softly through 2025 in fullness and alignment, accompanied by good friends and family

This year is already proving to be a year of transformation.

Norsk Taiji Senter has moved to a new location, situated right in the city centre in the newly opened House of Consciousness.

I’m somehow continuing to teach taiji full-time, even though Pamela's wrist has healed 95%, we’ve also started teaching a new-beginners class together; exploring combining our complimentary and unique perspectives on how to best share this profound art of still movement.

It is quite mesmerizing to have witnessed how reality relentlessly has funneled me into this position, the impeccable timing of it all, how I managed the transition with a “graceful” minimum of kicking and screaming, and how natural it feels now that it has happened.

Alongside the taiji I’m still teaching sitting-, moving-, and relational-mediation in my own little trinity-based creation, these two hours often being the absolute pinnacle of my week. Getting to play with all the different ways of how we can relate to ourselves, the world around us, and all the people in our circle of life - enriches my life tremendously. Here we’re practicing some of the deepest principles from taiji in an open structure, to help facilitate the integration of presence and awareness into our everyday life.

How to stay centered and relaxed with ourselves while meeting the influences of the world, being a fundamental part of this ancient teaching.

Monday in two weeks we’re starting a new 5-week container of The Trinity of Meditation, and I’m very happy to invite you to join us in exploring different and fun ways of how to be together in shared awareness, and to witness first hand how nourishing and valuable it can be to integrate this way of being into our daily lives.

I would love to see you there and if you know of someone that might like to join us, feel free to share and invite them on the facebook event.

Event is held in Norwegian

October has been a month of big change

Somehow I’ve found my student-base spontaneously growing from 8 to over 90 people.

Well, maybe “spontaneously” is a tiny bit misleading..

For the last three weeks I’ve added 5 new weekly classes to the meditation course I’m leading, taiji-classes my mother has been holding in some shape or form, non-stop for the last 41 years.

What has been simultaneously surprising, and upon deeper reflection very obvious; is that I not only thoroughly enjoy teaching taiji - taiji also seems to be the perfect vehicle to explore some of the principles and teachings I feel compelled to share with the world.

The mystical external up- and down-ward moving forces we’ve been swimming in and through, like water-blind fish, since the beginning of time.

Something as obvious as gravity continuously sucking every part of our body down to the earth, just as the weaker centrifugal force is unstoppably trying to fling us off her.

Embodying the felt sensations of these forces throughout our body allows us to physically withstand and ground tremendous pressure, as we effortlessly manifest upwards and outwards momentum, flowing directly from the ground up through our body, to anywhere of our choosing.

It also has the nice added benefits of relaxing unnecessary tension, down regulating our nervous-system, balancing our biology and body, and anchoring us deeply in the embodied sense of the present moment.

Awesome stuff

I’ve had a very strong desire to do my own thing in life and a big part of that desire was to not be a taiji-teacher, as every other older member of my immediate family was teaching, and that felt like a free pass and an open door to a easy and boring “successful” life.

After going through the hard and difficult “successful” life instead - still choosing to burn it to the ground as I realised external wealth, status and validation had little to no lasting effect on my enjoyment of the present moment - I’ve had to reimagine what this life thing is all supposed to be about.

Connecting to a deeper sense of meaning

Sharing what I have found to be immensely valuable in my own life, with people authentically curious to learn, checks all the boxes - and somehow I’ve made a intricate lifelong quest back to the open door back home, realising I was always looking out from it, already on the other side.

This coming Wednesday a new 5-week meditation course is starting, where we will be exploring the physical structure and our human condition, through sitting-, moving-, and relational-meditation. We will deeply connect to our own bodies and practice staying and returning, slowly and steadily expanding our capacity for depth, presence and alignment in our everyday lives.

I would love to invite you to come, and please feel free to invite anyone else you think could be interested.

Warmly welcome and hopefully see you soon - here or there: www.taiji.no/pamelding/meditasjon

The Trinity of Meditation

I’m smiling to you from my cabin in the woods, and I thought I’d spend my evening here, writing a few sentences sharing why I’m doing this meditation thing, and also why I’m doing it in this way.

Hopefully it will give you a sense of where I'm coming from and also a deeper understanding of what this trinity thing is.

——————-

I’ve done a lot of different mediation techniques over the last decades and experienced deep benefits from all of them.

The tremendous depths we are capable of penetrating to, when we sit with our eyes closed, giving all of our focus to ourselves and our internal world.

The beauty, gracefulness and power we can connect to, through allowing the body to move as one unit, letting go of unnecessary tension.

The deep emotional connection, relating to the people and meetings happening in this exact moment, feeling completely immersed in the here and now, together. Noticing our masks falling away by themselves and finding out who we really are underneath it all.

The unlimited depth of the sitting - profound but hard to integrate in everyday life.

The heavy width of the moving - strong, solid and versatile, if you only want to do one thing, do this; move consciously and slowly, become the unstoppable wave.

The light peak of the relational - beautiful connection, the most transformational of anything I’ve experimented with; and by its very nature, also potentially the most ungrounding. Wielded correctly, from a strong inseverable connection to our body, it can completely change every aspect of our everyday life for the better.

Uncovering the map that shows the way to integrate our everyday experience into unbroken, continuous awareness. Becoming an adult human being, who knows exactly why and when we are making every single decision, and having every choice harmoniously move us in the direction we want to go.

Unfolding the Ultimate Way of Being

Slow and steady - We are ready

There will be courses starting after the summer, I would however love to have you for the five week immersion starting this coming wednesday at 19:00 at Norsk Taiji Senter.

The four elemental forces

I remember a moment when I was 7 years old - the first time I ever felt it.

A precious moment in time, shared with my mother; a moment that still feels alive in my mind.

A subtle ball of magnetic energy, expanding and contracting, in gentle waves, moving in-between my hands. A transmission, an embodied seed of knowledge; passed down through countless generations, a gift with the power to transform my life.

28 years later, a couple of years back by now, on my way to a meditation retreat. My third retreat, tapping into the most profound state that I previously only enjoyed a small taste of; opening my mind completely, for six full days, so I could freely connect the information already present in new ways. It unfolded a new realm of understanding to my practice of taiji; it gave me an intellectual map of the up- and down-ward moving forces that I was already familiar with surrendering to, and manifesting through my body.

The completely normal and natural forces that are ever-present in the space we occupy here on earth. They come in sets of two, and we can cultivate a close relationship to them if we take the time to practise.

One-Two - Gravity & centrifugal force - the spinning of planet earth that would have flung us off her had it not been for her massiveness somehow holding us down. This unmeasurable invisible force gently pulling every fibre of our being downwards. Connecting to it will make it very difficult for anyone or anything to push us out of balance, physically or mentally.

The centrifugal force stemming from the physical movement of the planet we inhabit; allowing us to manifest unstoppable soft and effortless momentum through the ground, into & through any part of our body; easily directed into the tension we feel in our sparring partner, lifting them gently out of balance.

Three-Four - The magnetic fields of the sun and earth, moving through us upwards & downwards, inwards & outwards, feeding us with the necessary information and energy to synchronise the natural rhythms of our body. We can cultivate a closeness to them through the same sense of energy we can feel between our hands; moving our attention throughout our body, sensing it in every fibre of our being, continuously, all the time. Reaching this point of total-body awareness, we can start stretching it outside the boundaries of our body, connecting to people or objects not touching us. Just like our phones and comp**ers now are connecting through a network of invisible light, to receive and send the information being shared now; we too can connect to a similar invisible network of light, physically permeating and connecting every single part of the universe.

Completely natural sensations, no superpowers needed, only requirement is a human nervous system.

Join us this coming wednesday in Oslo, for the five-week course the trinity of mediation, where we’ll be exploring the four elemental forces. Exploring with the goal of making it easier to tap and expand ourselves into the transformational potential of these unseen powers, helping us navigate in deeper alignment throughout our everyday life.

Sometimes life can be so easy

All the right doors just seem to open at the perfect moment, without any effort

A state of flowing grace - so subtle - so easily disturbed by the grasping of our mind

Sometimes life can be so hard

No matter what door we open, it breaks our heart

A state of deep healing & deep pain - so intense - so easily rejected & worsened by the aversion of our mind

The ups & downs of our human experience, brought forward by the deeply unconscious push&pull reaction we have towards the pain & pleasure this moment is opening us into

- The power of meditation -

I’ve had an unusually hard life, especially the first 6 years of it. If you’ve been following for some time, you've probably seen part of the unraveling I’ve publicly gone through when I suddenly found myself with enough time & space to actually feel & deal with the imprint of my past

A 4 year long birthing/dying process - where I’ve spent about one year of it in complete unconditional love & acceptance, and about one year in complete agony & rejection. I’ve gone through three major waves of revelation, showing me the layered nature of the human psyche. Purging of shocking repressed memories & a complete annihilation of three layers of identity structures

Each death giving birth to 3-4 months of continuous bliss so strong it was almost impossible to contain. When these blissful states eventually changed the pain was so strong it was almost impossible to bear

The evaporation of the illusion of Allan birthing the identification to the Soul

The evaporation of the illusion of the Soul birthing the identification to Everything

The evaporation of the illusion of Everything slowly birthing whatever this eventually will become

I’m not done. I’m still moving, still falling to my knees, surrendering to whatever source this process of unfolding energy is moving through.

After 4 years of waves moving inwards, the tide has turned and the ideas and concepts that have been developing over the last years are wanting to move outwards.

I’m going to be sharing them over the coming weeks here on my page Embodied Norway. For anyone in or around Oslo I’ll also be giving a 5-week course called the Trinity of meditation at my mums taiji center before the summer. Event in first comment below.

You are very welcome - & I am very excited
