Back shoulder line decompression
- Putting cups, creates pressure on tissue which activates the deepest layer of muscle also allowing fresh blood to rush in and help with toxins metabolism
- Adding ART (Active Release Techniques) with movement allows us tu put everything back in place, boosting up regeneration proces but also increasing ROM (Range Of Motion)
-Stretching routine prevents fibers from sticking back together and helps us with establishing pain free ROM
