WORKSHOP: Get Grounded: A Two-Hour Yoga Journey

In the heart of deep winter, when the days are short and the world feels slow and quiet, I invite you to join me for an evening of movement and stillness to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
I’ll guide you through 45 minutes of Slow Flow, inviting warmth and gentle energy into your body. Next, you’ll settle into 45 minutes of Yin, where longer-held poses create space for deep release and introspection. Finally, you’ll surrender to a 30-minute Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to help you rest and restore.
This workshop is for anyone longing for a sense of grounding and inner light during the winter months—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Expect a warm, welcoming space, soft candlelight, and a practice crafted to leave you feeling deeply nourished and restored.
