Hey Goats!

We’ve got great news to share: Mad Goats has been approved to continue operating Mad Goats Bjørvika for another two years!

We’re incredibly grateful — and we’re going to make the absolute most of it.

What this means:

Over the coming months, we’ll be fully upgrading our kayak rafts and services at Munch Brygge, so that next summer you can expect an extremely slick, professional and seamless operation, including:

Kayak rentals
Våttkort (kayak certification) courses
Guided kayak tours on the fjord

We’re putting serious work into:

Better access
Top-quality gear
A smooth, intuitive booking system

In short: everything will be dialled in.

A small reflection
This journey has been anything but straightforward — but it’s a reminder that if you’re willing to provide real value, stay constructive, and not give up in the face of adversity, something positive often waits just around the next bend.

Progress rarely comes from standing still.

WE GOT APPROVAL! 🎉🌊

After a long and thorough process, we’re incredibly happy (and relieved!) to share that we’ve received approval — meaning we’ll continue operating at Munch Brygge 🙌

A huge thank you to:
• Rebekah Schaberg / RMS Arkitektur for guiding us through the application with clarity, patience and professionalism
• BYM and PBE for a constructive and proper process
• Akerselva Padleklubb — we look forward to continuing to share the space and the fjord together over the next two years 🤝

This means more safe paddling, more people on the fjord, and more of what we love doing — right in the heart of Oslo.
