NOFØDRA is a Chinese martial arts school providing classes and seminars in Kung Fu (adults and kids), Taiji Quan and Qi Gong in Oslo.

We have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Anker. For more information, please visit http://www.nofodra.com/index.html NOFØDRA is an association promoting Chinese Martial Arts and Qi Gong in Oslo. Our main style in Kung Fu is Praying Mantis Boxing (Tang Lang Quan), but we also practice Long Fist Boxing (Chang Quan) and Shaolin Boxing (Shaolin Quan). In Taiji Quan we practice the Yang style (which is the most popular and widely practiced in China, but also around the world) and Wudang. The Qi Gong we practice is called Daoyin Yangsheng Gong and is taught officially in Sports Universities and in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities in China. New beginners are welcome to try and start training whenever they want during the year. We have classes for adults and kids.

🥋 Nunchaku Seminar for Kids & Teens – Saturday 8 November 🥋

We’re happy to invite children and teenagers (6 years and up) to a special Nunchaku seminar on

📅 Saturday 8 November
🕒 15:30–17:30
📍 Oslo (exact location will be sent to all participants)

During this 2-hour workshop, we will:

– Learn how to handle a Nunchaku safely and with control
– Practice basic strikes and blocks
– Work in pairs using foam Nunchakus, so the training is safe and fun

The seminar is open to all children and teens who are curious and able to focus. No prior experience is required.

I’m thrilled to announce that my teacher, Matteo Pepe-Espert, will be coming to Oslo for a special weekend dedicated to broadsword (Dao) practice in Kung Fu and Taiji / Qi Gong! With 50+ years of experience, Matteo is a true master of Chinese martial arts and Qi Gong. He’s also the founder of EPHEDRA, a renowned martial arts school in Paris (France), and a highly respected expert in traditional Chinese medicine.
