We are so happy to say that we will say that we will keep our doors open!🙌😍

It’s important for us to be able to offer you a welcoming space, where you can allow the outside world to be for a little while. With all the uncertainty around us, this is more important than ever.

But we also want you to feel safe at Raw, so we want you to know that we are following all restrictions and guidelines. We have marked spaces for mats in the Hot Room to keep the recommended distance.

The studio are cleaned in between every class and we keep spray bottles with anti bac around the studio.

We also want to remind you that we no longer rent out towels, so please remember to bring your own.

Otherwise we ask you to please stay updated on the restrictions, and to stay home if you are sick. This way we can keep the studio a loving place to be🙏🏽

Do you want to learn how to meditate? 🧘‍♀️

Why not decide to make it a commitment for 2022, and start of the new year with a meditation course. Over a period of 4 weeks, starting January 10th, will guide you through a step by step course to help you build your own meditation practice🙏🏽

“In this course we will explore what meditation is and the benefits it can give you. We will practice different approaches into this wonderful world of silence and clarity. We will look at meditation both from a spiritual and a scientific perspective. You will get both theory and a lot of practice, and some clarity as to why it can sometimes feel hard to meditate in the beginning, and why we sometimes feel as if we can't meditate or fail at it.

You will learn the foundational tools to make it easier and more accessible for you to meditate on your own as a daily practice. If you are curious and eager to experience less stress, a stronger and more flexible mind, less worries and anxiety, better cognitive function and more freedom of thoughts about life when "s**t happens" – then this is the course for you.”

Every Monday January 10th-31st, 5pm-6pm in the Shala.

Each month we will share one recipe with you that is aligned with the theme of the month. As December is the month of gratitude, the first recipe we like to share is this raw cacao for the heart chakra by out teacher 🍫

Pure joy in a cup. Enjoy with a good book, or perhaps while writing in your gratitude journal❄️.

- 2,5 dl milk of choice, Cecilie use oat milk in her´s
- 2-3 tbs raw cacao powder. Use less if you don’t like a strong cacao taste.
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- * optional: ¼ tsp dried ginger or chili
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp raw honey (or other sweetener of choice)

Blend all ingredients, except honey, either in a milk steamer or on low heat on the stove. If you don’t have a steamer you can use a normal wisp, but make sure to stir constantly for a creamy and foamy cacao. Allow the cacao to get nice and warm, just make sure not to boil, as you’ll lose the minerals.

Pour in your favorite cup, drizzle some cinnamon on top, and enjoy🤍✨

The month of Christmas is here, and the city is white and frosty❄️ Who else loves this time of year?
