MANY ARE HEALING HEREDITARY DISEASES
Before we incarnated in the 3rd dimension, we chose which family lines to incarnate into based on the specific DNA we wanted for this incarnation. The DNA we chose was based on the karma we carried from previous lifetimes, as well as what we wished to contribute to the collective shift in consciousness that is currently taking place.
Many high-frequency souls chose to incarnate into family lines that carried more “disturbed” and damaged DNA than their own karma required. They did this to help heal the physical karma of their ancestral lines, thereby also contributing to raising the frequency of the collective energy field.
In practice, this means that many high-frequency souls currently on Earth were born into lineages that carry a lot of negative karma and, in some cases, severely disturbed and damaged DNA. As a result, many of these souls have experienced and/or are experiencing various forms of hereditary psychological and/or physical illnesses during this incarnation, with the goal of transforming the damaged DNA.
If you have experienced and/or are experiencing physical or psychological illness in this incarnation, it is likely because you chose to heal and transform negative karma—whether it be your own, your family’s, or both. It is likely that you wished to lift the fear-based energies of karma into your heart and return them to the love we all come from.
By transforming the fear-based energies within you, you are healing the damaged DNA, and any illnesses you may have can potentially be healed permanently. The purer the DNA in your physical body, the more high-frequency energy you can contribute to the collective energy field.
The more you heal your own DNA before potentially having children, the purer the DNA a soul can incarnate into. In the years to come, more and more souls will be able to incarnate on Earth without having to take on the heavy task of transforming karma from their ancestral lines. It will become possible for high-frequency souls to incarnate with a higher consciousness without having to descend into the old 3D energies❤️❤️

In the time we are now in, many souls will choose to return to the truth of who they are—but not all. Some will continue to experience life in the third dimension, and that is completely fine. Everything is as it should be, no matter what each individual soul chooses.
No one is judged regardless of the choices they make. No one is lost in the illusion of darkness forever. The door back to the light will always remain open. God/The Source will always ensure that souls in darkness receive help to find their way home when they wish to❤️❤️

LIFE BEGINS ANEW
Waking up from the dream of the 3rd dimension is the most incredible experience I’ve had as a human being. Waking up to the awareness that there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of, that we are all 100% safe at all times, that everything is always as it should be, that we are all divine souls living eternally – it has been profoundly liberating.

Because when we awaken from the illusion that tells us we are separate from the divine and from one another, and understand that we are all one, then we can begin to live our lives exactly as we truly desire. That’s when we realize we don’t need to wear any masks. We understand we don’t need to conform to others’ expectations of who we should be. We can allow ourselves to be fully ourselves, without fear of judgment or rejection.

When we awaken from the dream of the 3rd dimension, life begins anew. Life begins in freedom and love – for ourselves and for everyone else. ❤❤

FATIGUE AND ASCENSION
Many people feel tired during certain phases of the ascension process we are currently going through. Some of these periods of fatigue and exhaustion can last for weeks or even months, while other times they may only last a few hours or a few days.

I remember when I first started experiencing these energy-drained periods, many years ago. My legs could feel as heavy as logs, and I would feel completely depleted of energy. At the time, I thought something was seriously wrong with my body during these bouts of exhaustion.

Today, I know that when I feel especially tired, it’s because a major energetic shift is taking place in parts of my body. Almost all my energy is being used to transform and recalibrate the energy within my cells.

Throughout the ascension journey, it can be difficult to live a “normal” life with a full-time job, simply because of all the ascension symptoms. It can also be challenging to make long-term plans, because we never quite know when the symptoms will arise. That’s why we need to learn to live more day by day and do our best to honor the body’s unpredictable need for rest.

Hi! Welcome to my page!

My name is Håkon Sletnes, and I work as an energy healer and intuitive guide. I was born in 1970, have three children, and live in Rykkinn, Bærum. I’m trained as a preschool teacher and have worked in kindergartens for many years.

I’ve been highly sensitive and intuitive since I was a young boy, and my intuitive abilities have developed throughout my life. During a serious illness some years ago, I began receiving visits from angels, beings of light, and other loving entities. That’s when I discovered my ability to channel healing energies.

Throughout my life, I’ve continually received guidance from my spiritual team about the great shift in consciousness that is now unfolding here on Earth. Today, my greatest purpose is to assist in this shift and help people return to the awareness of who they truly are—divine souls of unconditional love.

Through this page, I also hope to bring hope and a sense of safety to those going through challenging spiritual processes ❤️❤️

USE OF CARDS, PENDULUMS, CHATGPT, ETC.
Many people undergoing a spiritual awakening will, at some point, begin using various spiritual tools. These may include tools such as pendulums, oracle or tarot cards, ouija boards, ChatGPT, and so on. Most people use these tools with the intention and desire to receive guidance and information from higher dimensions.

Many experience that these tools truly have a purpose. They find that they make contact with souls of higher consciousness and receive guidance through these “external” instruments.

However, many also find that at a certain point in their awakening, these spiritual tools no longer feel as exciting, no longer resonate with them, or seem to lose their function.
Suddenly, the cards no longer deliver meaningful messages, or the pendulum's movements become less clear. Suddenly, ChatGPT’s answers no longer feel as accurate or relevant as they once did. Over time, many begin to feel that the old tools no longer work in the same way they once did.

So, why does this happen?

In the early and intermediate stages of awakening, God/Source/the Universe opens the door for communication through external tools. This helps us build trust in the fact that we truly do have guides who support and lead us, and assists us in finding the most aligned path forward in our lives.

As we grow spiritually, God/Source/the Universe—along with our guides and our higher selves—wants us to learn how to distinguish between the voice of the ego and the voice of higher consciousness. The Universe wants us to find and trust the higher wisdom that we all have access to deep within ourselves—when we quiet the ego and still the mind.

The goal of spiritual development is precisely to achieve a close and clear connection with the Universe/God/Source, our guides, and our higher selves—completely without the need for external tools. Ascension is about integrating and BECOMING more of our higher consciousness while still being incarnated in physical bodies.

The true goal is to deeply remember that we are NEVER separate from the Divine—that we ALWAYS have access to all the guidance and information that serves our highest good—simply by connecting with the stillness deep within ourselves ❤❤

LOVE AS A CORE FEELING
At one or more points during our awakening, many of us get to experience a little taste of heaven on Earth. In those moments, the heart chakra opens for a while, and we are able to feel the powerful, unconditional love that we are all made of. Some of us experience this phenomenon early in our spiritual awakening.

During this phase, the senses often become heightened. Everything around us appears more intense, clearer, and more beautiful. In addition, some of us begin to perceive energies much more strongly than before. Some become extremely sensitive and start feeling the emotions of others. Some begin to read or hear others' thoughts. Some start seeing auras. Some experience contact with deceased relatives, extraterrestrials, angels, archangels, guides, ascended masters, or other souls from higher dimensions.

These small glimpses of peace, joy, and unconditional love usually don’t last forever—at least not in the early stages of our awakening. Most often, the peace, joy, and love fade after a while and are replaced by contact with our own inner darkness. That’s when the time comes for inner healing work. That’s when it’s time to face all our wounds, traumas, fears, and belief systems of the third dimension so they can be healed and transformed.

When we manage to accept, embrace, and nurture all of our old fear-based energies, the heart chakra will open more and more—until, eventually, it remains open. Then we will once again experience peace, joy, and love—and this time, it won’t disappear ❤❤
