Does Endurance + burpees = back pain for you? If you have arthritis in your low back or pelvic joints then it’s typically painful to straighten up or bend backwards rather than forwards as is typical with disc problems. Traditional burpees can mean you are jamming your low back. Try scaling to a reverse burpee instead. You can still add the box step over or over bar element. Can be a game changer for low backs. Prevention is always better than cure! Stay strong. 💪🏻
