Try this quick weight shift test:

Stand barefoot, arms relaxed

Close your eyes

Gently shift your weight left → right, then forward → back

Fix your pelvic tilt — no equipment, no nonsense.
If your hips tilt forward and your lower back is overarched, this simple drill can help you reset.

Try this:

Lie on your back, knees bent

Flatten your lower back into the floor

Gently tuck your tailbone under

Draw your ribs down — like closing a book

Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10x

🧠 The goal?
Activate your deep core and glutes, realign your pelvis, and train your body to feel neutral again.
