Massage with me is more than just relaxation 🌿
When you come for a session, i don’t only work on tight or painful areas.
I look at how your body functions as a whole. Which muscles are overworked, which are weak or underused 💪. How movement patterns and daily habits may be contributing to tension or discomfort.
During and after the session, i explain what i notice and why, and i share clear, practical tips so you better understand what’s going on in your body 🗣️📌
Because i also work in a gym environment, massage doesn’t have to stand alone 🏋️♀️
If needed, we can connect hands on work with specific exercises and movement that support your body long term 🔗🤸♂️ Many issues improve not only through massage, but through correct movement and strengthening 🔁💥
