RECESS. Thank you for having me. This time spent with your team doing AROMEN essential oils lvl 1, sharing your rituals and getting to know your sauna, was such a positive and inspiring experience. Thank you for your generosity, for opening your culture and showing me your fantastic team spirit. Team Recess you have a palett of colours that you are using to paint new canvas, that I believe will take the world to a new point in the urban sweat world. Congratulations .barber for your amazing performance under this a Norwegian hairdresser championship! You are a true artist and perfectionist. Three categories and three times on the podium, one as a Norwegian champion and in the class Full Fashion you did an amazing 3 place with a post-apocalyptic-black-metal viking.. you nailed it! I am pretty sure people will remember that and talk about it in the years to come, you lifted the natural Norse genes to a new level. Congrats! I am really grateful and happy to have put my skill into your hands and beard your scissors’ mastery. What a fantastic experience, Shokran, abibi. Thank you for the viking clothes and attributes, thank you Adeline from for the support and make up and all the small hands that helped around.

Beautiful people, I am grateful for being able to have shared, exchanged, experienced and was entrusted enough to help you on your journey to make a total experience in the sauna using some of the pillars of wellness in the sauna. I hope you had as much fun as I had with you, the energy of the group was amaaaaazing and what we achieved is behind my expectations, thank you everyone for those two fantastic days. Woop Woop, AROMEN we go, thank you for this beautiful conference, organizing a space for people of the sweat world to get closer, to exchange knowledge, to experience other cultures, to laugh and sweat together, but also a space for digging deeper into our Norwegian sweat roots, holding us closer to what once was our way of surviving, staying warm and clean, dry our meat or fish, take care of our ancestors and prepare the new generations for life. One more time, i enjoyed and was able to share my passion with the World. I am very greatful to have been able to join the Sauna Herbal Cup in Prague this year. I am delighted to have presented my study around Santeria, the Afro-Cuban beliefs, with the Ritual of the Orishas. It is a beautifull second place i was giftes with after a year of work. I have shared magical moments and hope they will stay in the heart of all the ones who experiences it. I also have been gifted by two wonderful persons and their results: and … i am so proud og what you have delivered, you are amazing! Big Congrats to the Herbal King of 2024!! Well done champ! Thank you for organizing such an event, Thank you .praha for hosting the competition, Thank you for the opportunity to explore the sweat world, Thank you for the support, Thank you og Harald for the herbs and plants you have provided me with, it was a pleasure to use them in the Sauna. Thank you and for the gifts, beautiful, Thank you all participants, for the effort you made and the hard work you did to show your rituals. At least this victory would not be possible without the help of Raidal my Santeria teacher, Heidi for the support and love, Thor Espen, and , without you i would still be there packing my staff!!
