Industriell høytemperatur kjedesmøring

Effektiv smøring for økt levetid, lavere energiforbruk og bedre HMS

Industrielle kjeder er konstruert for å overføre mekanisk kraft og bevegelse under kontinuerlig drift. Virkningsprinsippet bygger på kjedeledd som roterer rundt pinner og foringer for å fordele last og friksjon jevnt. Designet er gjort enkelt for å driftes på høye temperaturer. Ulempen med kjeder er at de er forholdsvis støyende i forhold til eksempelvis belter, det kreves hyppig smøring og de er sensitive mot feiljustering (tannhjul vs. kjedets lengderetning).

Robotisert storformatprinting: Når idé blir til skrog.

Den første funksjonelle 3D printede katamaranen produsert sammen med V2 Group.Caracol og V2 Group har produsert den første funksjonelle monolittiske katamaranen laget med storformat additiv produksjon (LFAM). Prosjektet viser hvordan 3D‑printing kan revolusjonere båtindustrien ved å kutte produksjonstid, redusere avfall og muliggjøre skreddersydde, bærekraftige båter uten behov for tradisjonelle former.
