Your body tremors after stress. Have you noticed?

Maybe after a near-miss in traffic. During a difficult conversation. Or seemingly out of nowhere.

That tremor isn't random. It's biology.

This is neurogenic tremoring

When animals experience threat, their nervous system activates. Once danger passes, they tremor. The tremor discharges the activation, and they return to calm.

Humans have this same mechanism. We've just learned to suppress it.

"Calm down." "Keep it together." "Stop shaking."

So we suppress the tremor. And the activation stays stored—sometimes for years.

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) reactivates this natural mechanism

Simple exercises trigger the tremor reflex. You learn to stay present, regulate intensity, and step out when ready.

Your body already knows how to do this. We're just teaching you to stop interrupting it.

Learn how on February 10 in Voss.

Here's something Jason's been wondering for years:

Why does quantum physics keep describing the same reality as Vedic mystics, Islamic Sufis, and Christian contemplatives?
Different cultures. Different languages. Different time periods.

But the EXPERIENCE they describe? Identical.

No separation. No individual identity. Time and space collapsing. Everything arising from pure consciousness.

Ancient wisdom and cutting-edge science are converging on the same truth—just using different languages to describe it.

What if what you experience in deep meditation isn't subjective? What if you're touching fundamental reality?

The thing we can effect the most is the thing that is right in front of us. And to be able to have the most powerful effect one need to be in the present moment. (This if it is to comfort a child, or it's writing a difficult e-mail). This is a skill that one have to train.

Like a person gong to the gym, one has to establish a practise and have many repetitions before he or she becomes strong. The same with the skill of coming back. Coming back to the breath, coming back to the present moment, to come back to who you are and the life you're living.

We get blocked from coming back multiple times a day. And especially the way we now get bombarded with news in very channel. It's easy to become scared, frightened, or feel a sense of overwhelm.

The skill of coming back and letting go comes form repetitions and repetitions with meditation. But as we all know, going to the gym with a friend is easier than going alone.

We hope that you will join is in this FREE community call tonight. Let's build our resilience together, let's practise the skill of coming back together with deep meditation.

Call starts at 18:30.

"Physics describes why when I let go of this pen, it drops."

Jason's deep love for physics started with Dr. Feynman's legendary lectures (you can find them free on YouTube, by the way).

But here's what makes physics beautiful: The more you understand about the universe, the more you can actually EXPERIENCE of the universe.

Knowledge doesn't just inform your mind—it expands what's possible for you to perceive and interact with.
Four hours of physics videos? Jason's in heaven. 😄

What topic could you geek out on for hours?

Have you noticed your body holding something it won't release?

Shoulders that stay tight. Jaw clenching at night. That sense of never fully settling.

Here's what's actually happening:

When you experience stress, your nervous system activates. Heart rate shifts. Muscles tense. Energy mobilizes.

This is biology. Your nervous system doing its job.

The problem? Modern life doesn't allow the cycle to complete.

The next demand arrives before you've recovered from the last one. The activation accumulates. Your nervous system keeps mobilizing energy but rarely gets the signal to discharge.

This is how tension becomes chronic.

It's not that something's wrong with you. It's that your nervous system has been activated repeatedly without completing the cycle.

The energy from those activations stays stored in your body.

Your body already has a mechanism for this

Neurogenic tremoring. You've probably felt it after something stressful—when your body tremored on its own.
That wasn't random. That was your nervous system trying to complete the cycle.

We've just learned to stop it. "Calm down." "Keep it together." "Don't shake."

So we suppress it. And the activation stays stored.

What if you didn't interrupt it?

This is what we're teaching February 10 in Voss.

How to work with the mechanism your body already has for discharging stored tension and completing stress cycles.

If tension feels like it lives deeper than your muscles—this might be what your nervous system has been waiting for.

"Quantum physics isn't just stranger than you think—it's stranger than you CAN think."

They've proven there is no space-time at the quantum level.

Let that sink in.

Everything you experience—the separation between objects, the flow of time from past to future—it's not fundamental reality. It's an expression of pure consciousness perceiving itself through infinite perspectives, moments, directions, and possibilities.

Your mind can't fully grasp this. And that's exactly the point.

Ready to have your brain bent in the best way?

For decades, talking about consciousness in science was career su***de.

"That's not science," they'd say. "Take your stuff and go home."

But here's the pattern Jason describes: First they try to murder the idea. Then they ridicule it. Then they steal the credit and claim it was obvious all along.

Consciousness research is finally breaking through that cycle—and the implications change everything we thought we knew about reality.

We're hosting an in-person workshop in Voss on February 10th.

Introduction to Neurogenic Tremoring (TRE).

Here's why:

Have you noticed tension that won't quite leave? Shoulders that stay tight. Jaw clenching. That sense of always being "on."

That tension isn't just in your muscles. It's in your nervous system—stored activation from incomplete stress cycles.

Your body already has a natural mechanism to discharge it: neurogenic tremoring.

You've probably experienced it without knowing what it was. Maybe after a stressful event, when your body tremored on its own.

Animals do this instinctively after danger passes—they tremor, discharge the activation, and return to baseline.

Humans have the same mechanism. We've just learned to suppress it.

"Stay calm." "Keep it together." "Stop shaking."

So we suppress the tremor. And the activation stays stored—sometimes for years.

On February 11, we're teaching you how to work with this.

Not from a video. In person. With real-time feedback and personalized guidance.

What you'll learn:
• The neuroscience behind stress and nervous system regulation
• How to safely activate tremoring
• How to regulate intensity and step out when ready
• How to use this as both release AND empowerment

What to expect:
• 1-1.5 hours of neuroscience education (with Q&A)
• Two guided tremoring sessions with breaks
• Small group, capped capacity
• Taught in Norwegian

Who it's for:
People done with surface solutions. Who want to understand their bodies, not just manage symptoms. Who've been curious about TRE but wanted expert guidance.

You don't need experience. You just need willingness.

Tomorrow at 6:30 PM CET.

Less than 24 hours until the workshop.

Have you noticed how most health information tells you what to do but never explains the mechanics behind why it works?

This session is different. We're going directly to the foundation: how breathing mechanics affect everything from muscle tension to nervous system regulation.

90 minutes that shift how you understand your own body.

Final registration window open now.
