Your body tremors after stress. Have you noticed?
Maybe after a near-miss in traffic. During a difficult conversation. Or seemingly out of nowhere.
That tremor isn't random. It's biology.
This is neurogenic tremoring
When animals experience threat, their nervous system activates. Once danger passes, they tremor. The tremor discharges the activation, and they return to calm.
Humans have this same mechanism. We've just learned to suppress it.
"Calm down." "Keep it together." "Stop shaking."
So we suppress the tremor. And the activation stays stored—sometimes for years.
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) reactivates this natural mechanism
Simple exercises trigger the tremor reflex. You learn to stay present, regulate intensity, and step out when ready.
Your body already knows how to do this. We're just teaching you to stop interrupting it.
