सम्पुण महिलाहरुमा हरीतालिका तिजको सुखद उपलक्ष्यमा सु-स्वास्थ्य, दिर्घायु तथा समृद्धिको शुभकामना ।

चाडपर्वहरु मध्ये हरितालिका तीजलाई नेपाली महिलाहरुको महान पर्वको रुपमा लिइन्छ । भाद्र शुक्ल तृतिया तिथिका दिन मनाइने तीज पर्वले महिलाहरुको धर्म र संस्कृति बोकेको छ । तीज र ऋषिपञ्चमी महिलाहरुको धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक महत्वको रुपमा लिने गर्दछन् । आफ्ना पतीको दिर्घायु तथा परीवारजनको सुख समृद्धिको लागी व्रत बस्ने चलन पनि तिज पर्वको अर्को धार्मिक पाटो रहेको छ । यो व्रतले महिलालाई अखण्ड सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुने विश्वास गरिएको छ । विवाह भइसकेका महिलाले आफ्ना पतिको सुख, समृद्धि र दीर्घायुका लागि र आफ्नो सौभाग्यका लागि पनि यो व्रत बस्छन् । यो दिन रातो सारीमा सजिएर महिलाहरु विभिन्न स्थानका शिव मन्दिरमा पूजा गर्न जान्छन् । त्यहीँ बाटोघाटोमा नै नाचेर गाएर रमाइलो पनि गर्छन् । यो दिन महिलाले एक किसिमले स्वच्छन्दरूपमा निर्धक्क भएर नाच्ने र आ-आफ्ना मनका कुरा पोखेर गीत गाउने गर्छन्। एक किसिमले यो दिन भनेको महिला स्वतन्त्रताको एउटा प्रदर्शन पनि हो । त्यसैले यो दिन महिलाले ब्रतआदि गतिविधिमा संलग्न भएको दृश्य रोचक देखिन्छ ।

पून सबैलाई तीज को शुभकामना दिन चाहन्छौं र यो कोभिड महामारी मा सुरक्षित प्रोटोकल को पालन गरी तीज मनाउन सबैलाई अनुरोध गर्न चाहन्छौं।

Wishing good health, longevity and prosperity to all Hindu women in the auspicious occasion of Hari Talika Teej to all our shareholders, family and friends.
Teej is celebrated by Nepalese Hindu women, who fast, worship lord Shiva and perform different musical activities all over the country. Occurring around the month of August, Teej is a festival celebrated by women all over Nepal for three days. Decked up in red sarees and red tika, bangles, women sing and dance to traditional folk songs for days. It is especially significant for married women, when they get a special invitation to visit their maternal home and feast.
Following a long feast also known as Dar, the women, sit for a 24 hour long fasting, where most do not eat or even drink water. What is fascinating is to watch women of all age group, young and old, dance for hours in the heat, rain, without a drop of water or food for an entire day.
On the final day of this three day festival Women satisfy seven saints offering them food, money and various offerings, and also bathing with Red mud and brushing their teeth with Datiwan (branches of a bush tree) hoping this purifies their body and soul.

Once again we would to wish everyone a happy teej and would like to suggest everyone to celebrate teej by following the safety protocols on this COVID-19 pandamic.

Creative saving and credit cooperative Ltd. Banepa, Nepal Heart Foundation Kavre Banepa, Lions Club, Leo Clubs, and five cooperative organised "Talks program" on Spinal and nurve problems by Dr. Binod Bichukuche, Thyroid and diabetes problem by Sandesh Panthi and Cervical and Breast cancer awareness by Samira Safi Khan of Grandy Hospital Kathmandu. Question and answer session and interaction with Doctors organised. It was good knowledge sharing and give confidence to people having health problems should visit hospital and get correct advice and good treatment and medication.
