Do not brush off your discomfort as 'just a tired stomach.' You are too precious to be lost to silence. Listen to your body, for your children and your family need your light to stay lit. Early care is not just a choice; it is an act of love for those who cannot imagine a world without you.
आमा दिदीबहिनीहरूमा एउटा हार्दिक अनुरोध: तपाईं घरको आत्मा र हाम्रो पहाडजस्तै अटल शक्ति हुनुहुन्छ। तपाईंले आफ्नो पूरा जीवन अरूको सेवामा बिताउनुहुन्छ, तर आफ्नै पीडा लुकाएर मौन बस्नुहुन्छ। कृपया बुझिदिनुहोस्—पाठेघरको अण्डाशयको क्यान्सर एउटा यस्तो चोर हो, जो सुटुक्क आउँछ। हाम्रो जस्तो देशमा, जहाँ स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण र उपचार अझै पनि धेरैको पहुँच बाहिर छ, तपाईंको सबैभन्दा ठूलो शक्ति भनेको तपाईंको सजगता नै हो। आफ्नो पेटको असजिलोपनलाई 'साधारण दुखाइ' भनेर नटार्नुहोस्। तपाईंको जीवन यति अमूल्य छ कि यसलाई मौनतामा हराउन दिनु हुँदैन। आफ्नो शरीरले दिएको संकेतलाई सुन्नुहोस्; किनकि तपाईंका छोराछोरी र परिवारलाई तपाईंको ममताको छहारी सधैं चाहिन्छ। समयमै जाँच गराउनु भनेको केवल उपचार मात्र होइन, यो तपाईं बिनाको संसार कल्पना गर्न नसक्ने आफ्ना प्रियजनहरूका लागि तपाईंले देखाएको प्रेम हो।"
