🦴 X-RAY FINDINGS

➑️ Proximal Humerus (Shoulder) ki haddi toot gayi thi.
➑️ fracture multi-fragmented tha (tukdon me).
➑️ Haddi ko sahi alignment me laakar Cross Screws / K-wires se fix kiya gaya hai.
➑️ 4–5 metallic screws different angles me lagaye gaye hain taaki haddi hil na sake.
➑️ Alignment post-operative X-ray me theek dikh raha hai.

πŸ›  Operation Procedure (Aapke X-ray ke Mutabik)

1️⃣ Incision (ΰ€•ΰ€Ÿ) Shoulder ke side me diya gaya

Soft tissues ko gently side kiya gaya

Fracture site ko expose kiya gaya

2️⃣ Reduction (Haddi ko seedha karna)

Jo haddi tukdon me thi, use anatomically sahi position me rakha gaya

C-ARM X-ray machine se live position check ki gayi

3️⃣ Fixation (Screws / K-wires Lagana)

✦ Multiple cross screws lagaye gaye

✦ Yeh screws haddi ko 3D direction me tight rakhte hain

✦ Is technique se fracture stable ho jata hai aur movement jaldi start ho sakti hai

4️⃣ Closure

Muscles aur skin ko stitch kiya gaya

Dressing laga kar arm ko immobilizer me rakha gaya
