२ बर्ष भन्दा मुनिका बालबालिकालाई ’लू’ बाट कसरी जोगाउने ?

- स्तनपान गराइरहेका बालबालिकाका लागि नियमित स्तनपान गराइरहने ।
- ठोस खानेकुराका अलावा झोलकुरा प्रशस्त खुवाउने ।
- घरमै बनाएको स्वस्थकर खानेकुरा खुवाउने पसिना सोस्ने खालका सुतीका नरम कपडा खुकुलो हुने गरि लगाइदिने ।
- घाममा नराख्ने वा घाम लागेको बेला बाहिर ननिस्कने नहिँड्ने शितलमा बस्ने । मौसमी तथा ताजा फलफूल राम्ररी धोइ पखाली गरि खुवाउने ।

यदि ज्वरो आएमा पानी प्रशस्त खुवाउने तथा कुनै असामान्य लक्षण जस्तै रिंगटा लागे जस्तो, अलसतलस भएमा, वान्ता गरेमा, सास फेर्न गाह्रो भए जस्तो देखिएमा वा बच्चा बेहोस भएमा तत्कालै नजिकैको स्वास्थ्य संस्था लगिहाल्नुपर्छ ।
