A Journey Inward Through Meditation

In this camp, we will explore various meditation techniques designed to deepen our inner connection. The journey includes the practice of Gurdjieff’s sacred dances, which cultivate harmony between the body, mind, and heart. We will also engage in Sufi practices such as Zikr and Whirling, invoking a deep sense of devotion and inner stillness.

Additionally, participants will have a taste of self-inquiry sessions inspired by Koan practice, rooted in the Zen tradition, guiding us toward a direct experience of our true nature—the inner self.
