मोमो खाएपछि पेट दुख्ने समस्या — बेवास्ता नगर्नुहोस्

आज एक महिला बिरामीमा मोमो सेवनपछि पेट दुख्ने गुनासोका कारण एन्डोस्कोपी गरिएको थियो।
कहिलेकाहीँ तेलिलो, मसलेदार वा अस्वच्छ खानाले पेटको भित्री भागमा समस्या ल्याउन सक्छ।

👉 लगातार पेट दुख्ने
👉 पोल्ने / जलन हुने
👉 बान्ता, अपच, वा खाना नपच्ने
👉 कालो दिसा वा रगत मिसिएको बान्ता

यस्ता लक्षण देखिएमा ढिला नगरी चिकित्सकसँग परामर्श लिनु आवश्यक हुन्छ।

स्वस्थ रहनुहोस्, सफा र सन्तुलित खाना खानुहोस्।
