Butwal Lions Eye Hospital Butwal lions eye hospital initially established on coordination of lions clubs sight first grant. The hospital is located at Lions Chowk, Butwal-2.

Butwal Lions Eye Hospital was established on 21st November 1996 as Lions Eye Care Service Center with the help and coordination of Lions Club of Butwal, Lions Clubs International, Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, and SEVA foundation. After signing MOU with Lumbini Eye Institute and Research Center, Bhairahawa on 27th September 2010, Lions Eye Care Service Center is then known as Butwal Lions Eye Hospital. The hospital provides eye care service to near about 400,000 populations inside Butwal Sub-Metropolitan and areas around it. Approximately 130000 OPD & 3000 surgeries operated by hospitals yearly. Hospital is providing the latest eye service technology i.e. PHACOemulsification surgery at low cost, targeting people of Rupandehi District and areas nearby. There are 44 staffs are working in the hospital who are dedicated to their service that is helping the hospital to provide eye care service smoothly & effectively. The hospital remains open every day providing the service during office hours (8:30am-4Pm).

नेपाल नेत्र ज्योति संघ, बुटवल लायन्स आँखा अस्पताल द्वारा संचालित आँखा उपचार केन्द्र देवदह, लायन्स क्लब अफ बुटवल सयपत्री तथा मिलन सामुदायीक वन उपभोक्ता समिती, देवदह को संयुक्त आयोजना मा देवदह वाड नं ८,९ र तिलोत्तमा वाड नं ११ का कुल १६५ जना नागरिक हरुलाई आँखा शिविर को माध्यम बाट निःशुल्क आँखा जांच गरिएको छ । जसमा कुल १९ जना मोतिबिन्दु भएका बिरामी हरुलाई निःशुल्क मोतिबिन्दु शल्यक्रिया का लागि बुटवल लायन्स आँखा अस्पताल, बुटवल २ मा रिफर गरिएको आँखा शिविर का इन्चार्ज श्री रञ्जित गेडरिया ले जानकारी गराउनु भयो ।
