Dear Participants,

We wish to inform you that the deadline for the submission of posters for the Digital Poster Making Competition has now passed. Therefore, we regret to inform you that no further submissions will be accepted.

The posters submitted by the participants have been shared on our official page. In order to allow ample time for evaluation, we have extended the deadline for fulfilling the evaluation criteria until 20th February 2025.

On behalf of the BPKIHS Students Oncology Wing, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions to the Digital Poster Making Competition in observance of World Cancer Day.

“United by Unique”

We invite all students to participate and showcase their creativity in spreading awareness about cancer. The posters should reflect unity and the diverse aspects of the cancer journey, promoting the importance of togetherness in the fight against cancer.

Rules and Guidelines:
- The poster must be digital and submitted in JPEG/PNG format.
- The dimensions of the poster should be 16:9 (landscape orientation).
- The theme “United by Unique” must be clearly represented in the design.
- The design should be simple, clear, and easy to understand.
- Text used in the poster must be legible, with a clear and concise message.
- Only original artwork will be accepted. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

Participants are requested to send their entries in the gmail: bpkihsstudentsoncologywing@gmail.com along with Name, Stream and Year by February 15.

Evaluation criterias:
1. The 50% scoring will be based on the like/ reactions on Facebook till 15th February and remining 50% through an independent panel of judge.

3. Winners will be announced soon.
