What is H3N2?
Viral Subtype: H3N2 is a specific subtype of the Influenza A virus, a family of viruses that cause respiratory illnesses.
Named for Surface Proteins: The designation "H3N2" comes from its surface antigens: the H3 haemagglutinin and the N2 neuraminidase proteins.
Symptoms
H3N2 can cause flu-like symptoms, including:
High fever
Cough and sore throat
Muscle and body aches
Headache
Runny nose and fatigue
Chills
Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea (especially in children)
Risks and Complications
Vulnerable Groups: Young children, the elderly, and individuals with chronic health conditions (like asthma or heart disease) are at higher risk of developing severe complications from H3N2.
Severe Illness: In some cases, H3N2 can lead to serious issues such as pneumonia, necessitating medical attention.
Prevention
Vaccination: Get an annual flu vaccine, as the composition is updated to protect against circulating strains like H3N2.
Hygiene: Practice good hand hygiene, including frequent handwashing.
Avoidance: Limit contact with infected individuals and wear masks in crowded areas, especially if you are in a high-risk group.

महिलाको प्रजनन स्वास्थ्य र अधिकारलाई सुनिश्चित गर्न सुरक्षित गर्भपतन सेवामा लक्षित बर्गको सहज पहुँच, गुणस्तरीय सेवा र यसको स्वीकार्यता देशभर विस्तार गर्न नेपाल सरकार निरन्तर प्रतिबद्ध छ। हाल यो सेवा नेपालभरका २८२७ वटा गर्भपतन सेवाको लागि सूचिकृत स्वास्थ्य संस्थाबाट सेवा प्रवाह भइरहेको छ । असुरक्षित गर्भपतनका कारण हुने मातृ मृत्युदर घटाउँदै महिलाको स्वास्थ्य र जीवन बचाउन सबैलाई सुरक्षित र सूचिकृत स्वास्थ्य संस्थाबाट मात्र गर्भपतन सेवा लिन आग्रह गर्दछौं

जेन जेड त पहिले नै हरेक पार्टीमा छन्, हरेक परिवारमा छन्, हरेक समाजमा छन्।
उनीहरू नयाँ पुस्ताको आवाज हुन् -
भ्रष्टाचारलाई अस्वीकार गर्ने,
न्याय र जवाफदेहिता खोज्ने,
उज्ज्वल भविष्यको माग गर्ने।

तर, यदि दलहरूले यो कुरा बुझ्न असफल भए,
यदि उनीहरूको आवाजलाई वेवास्ता गरियो भने,
परिणाम केवल राजनीतिक हुने छैन,
त्यो त हाम्रो समाज, हाम्रो भविष्य,
यहाँसम्म कि हाम्रो अस्तित्वलाई नै हल्लाउनेछ।

A real bullet was removed from the stomach of a protester at Civil Hospital. This happened even though the Chief District Officer (CDO) had explicitly ordered police to use only rubber bullets.

Hospital sources confirmed that the protester was admitted with severe pain, and doctors discovered and extracted a real bullet. Eyewitnesses reported that clashes between protesters and police escalated quickly, causing multiple injuries.
